You listen to it and you think you're listening to western rock music, until you start noticing that it contains more sounds than the regular rock that you know, then you listen more and you start noticing the famous Asian flute of Indonesia and neighboring countries, then you keep listening and discover the authentic and traditional old drums of Bali and Java side by side next to the Modern set of western drums, at this point if you keep listening, you'll fall in love with the Dangdut music, and the big crowd of the Dangdut fans fall in love with the Dangdut singers for a reason.
